Georgia has been a licensed California Realtor since 1996. After a fabulous 6 year affiliation with Coldwell Banker, Georgia was recruited by the La Costa Resort Real Estate Management Team to serve as the Company's first experienced residential re-sale agent. Seizing the opportunity Georgia joined La Costa Resort Real Estate in January, 2009. The partnership afforded her the opportunity to serve her clients with the alternative "boutique" real estate business model. As the nature of the real estate business is shifting from big offices with many agents and significant overhead, Georgia's office is small, and focused on delivering personal service. After all, helping her clients, their friends, family members and business colleagues buy and sell homes for years and years to come is her only business.
Along the way Georgia has received many awards; however, her biggest accomplishment is the delight of her clients! It is her priority to take care of them in such a way that they are excited to refer their friends, family members and business colleagues to experience the "boutique" difference.
A native of the Garden State - Williamstown, New Jersey, Georgia moved to California in 1990 where she met and married her husband, Bob. A licensed Real Estate Broker, Commercial Airline Pilot, and Naval Reservist, Bob is often seen assisting Georgia with that superior service her clients enjoy! Georgia and Bob have two children and currently reside in Olivenhain.
Georgia's prior teaching and business experience in customer service and marketing is a major benefit to her clients. By listening to their needs and focusing on their priorities, she helps her clients invest in their future while developing lasting relationships.
Her dedication to family and community is reflected in her business practice. Georgia volunteers time and energy to several community organizations including the CYT Theater Organization, Cathedral Catholic High School, Nativity Church and Scripps Hospital Parent Connection.
Along with her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Georgia is committed to furthering her education. She has earned several designations including Previews Property Specialist, Cendant Mobility Affinity Specialist-Relocation(CMAS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist(SRES) and USAA Movers Advantage.
