In 2005, La Costa Resort and Spa presented a handful of high-end guests the unique opportunity to purchase one of the all-new, luxury resort vacation villas constructed on the resort's legendary grounds. These exclusive, fully furnished, whole-ownership vacation homes sold out almost as quickly as they were built, as did each subsequent phase that was introduced. At the end of construction in 2008, all 81 villas had been sold, with prices ranging from the mid-$500,000's to $1.5 million.
Due to the steady demand for a Real Estate Company who understands today's buyers and sellers and their wants and needs, we expanded our unprecedented, world class service and sales efforts beyond the grounds of the resort into the San Diego County residential re-sale market.
